  • Rigorous, applicable theory: Led by Chris Rodgers, alongside experienced AhaMo™ MoMakers, combining deep insight into organisational dynamics with real‑world facilitation practice.

  • Application between modules: Learning is applied directly to participants’ real work, creating momentum and impact throughout the programme.
